Fly B700 DUO
Unable to provide service by service centre and rude behaviour of staff

I have purchased Fly B700 Duo mobile from Big Bazar at Metro Mall in Kalyan (East). Up to one year the mobile was working smoothly. Later it developed a problem ie.the listener could not hear my voice. I have contacted the service centre at kalyan addressed below:

The Service centre itself is not providing the service upto the customer satisfaction. It is not only giving services for fly but also lava, maxx, samsung and others so many mobiles. The staff of the said service centre are also rude and used to have hot talks with customers many a times. I used to enquire about my mobile status by going to the centre as the contact numbers given by the them was never attended by them. It took 3 months to repair my said mobile and the cost charged by the centre was Rs 800/-.Mean while I had purchased another brand mobile as it took a long time to repair. Hardly I have used the repaired mobile for 1 to 2 months the screen of the mobile gone white. Once again I reached the service centre to have the work done on it. The centre told that cost would be approximately Rs 900/- kept it for a week and then it was told that the mobile could not be repaired, as we have tried all the screen but the problem could not be traced. I have collected my mobile and thought that the mobile which I have purchased at the cost of Rs 6000/-at that time is of no worth. Company site it self is also not have contact id or the way to satisfy the customer. whether such companies having cheap service centres should run. I think no! I have no time to fight and attend court as I have to outstation duties. Through this forum only I could show my anger, dissatisfaction. I want to develop faith in your site. If possible do the needful so that no person could be cheated.
