TOUCH SCREEN/KEY PAD PROBLEM

I have fly 2080 mobile and facing problem in keyboard and touch screen so i had give on 4/04 to FLY service CGX dandia bazar vadodara service center to get it repaired but till date all the problem remain same only they are able to get start the key pad only and they have added one problem more that my mobile ring tone which was working earlier now it is not at all working with that till touch screen problem is standing to solve as on today that is 21/04 my mobile is in service center and service engineer is asking me to wait for another 2 days. it shows that at the time of selling the product company should know that what kind of service they will provide after selling the product.

it is pity that such a recognize company having such worst service center. if you fail in my complain to resolve it i will file a case against your product to consumer court.
