Sir,

I have complained earlier also through this website, but nothing favourable has been observed yet.

I purchased the handset on 26th Jan and it was a defected piece with two defects. After four times servicing by Fly service centre not even a single defect has been remeved moreover, my handset is also broken by them.

It is still in their custody since 20th Mar.

Please do the favourable as soon as posible.
