I baugh a mobile phone Brand - Fly, Model - B720 DUO, for Rs 9999/- from Big Bazaar Bangalore in Dec. with in a span of 8 months the battery backup was zero sinse then I am searching for the same & anable to find same with the service centres as well as with the Dealers. The service centre themself say that the backup stocking is very bad. What do a customer do in such case???
