Dnd, wrong deduction

My other nomber is 8126520085 on this nomber I activated DND at 2 april but today is at 15 april i got a call from talk 2me service.

2 april i interacted with mr shivraj and i also interacted with supervisor and i told to him plz deactivate all value added services and other services from mu number n thay replyd me tht dont worry all services are deactivate by us... but i am still facing the wrong balance dedctn... I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED FROM CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE
