Horrible Service - DO NOT BUY from these guys

We bought an LCD TV on the 19th of November and it was delivered on the 27th of November without the base stand. This meant that we cannot use the TV until the stand arrives. It is now two weeks since the complaint but the problem is yet to be resolved. Even requests for a refund is not being answered.

These guys are incompetent and right now, based on the complaints on this forum, can be classified as borderline frauds.

I would strongly recommend AGAINST buying anything from futurebazaar.com. Your money will be taken but no service will be rendered in case of any trouble.
