Cell phone not working

Dear sir

i have recently purchase nokia mobile phone E 63 on 03-08-09 which was creating problems after two days... so i went to nokia care at vasant kunj office at new delhi (INDIA). And they told this set will go to our HEAD OFFICE, for check up. sir i want to replace my cell phone to new one as it have some internal problem, so please do favour me
