Dear Sir,
I have the Samsung Duos GT B5512. I bought it on 24.5.2012 . I was very excited because I do not earn very much, and had bought this for myself with my hard earned money. In a month's time the phone gave way. It would refuse to come one, despite my charging it. I took it to a customer care shop, who turned it on in front of me, as if I were a fool, that I had struggled over nothing. It worked for a few days after that, and then again, it refused to come on. I took it to the customer care service again (20.7.2012). They were helpful. First they thought they detected a 'software problem' and then they realised it was a 'hardware problem'. They were efficient, and I could take back a functioning phone in three days as I did (on 24. 7.2012). It worked only for six hours, and once again it refuses to come on.
I have lost a lot of valuable information, interviews, that I had recorded on the phone. I have lost a lot of time on trying to get it repaired, and a great deal of effort. As I write this email I feel its loss. I have obviously lost a lot of money for no fault of my own. I have also spent a lot of money travelling to the customer centre and back.
It has been over two months since I bought the phone. However, the phone is practically new, I was able to use it for not more than three weeks,
I would really appreciate it, if I were given my money back, so that I can buy myself a simple phone and get on with my life.
