BLACKMAILING

I delivered one TV 107cm to your co. at Noida U.P. for door delivery the same to my residence at Mumbai vide Bill no. 137 dt. 2.9.2011 and paid Rs.2800 vide receipt no. 377 dt 2.9.2011. I was assured by your local office that it will be delivered at my Mumbai residence within 6 to 7 days time, but uptill date 15 days have been passed it is not been delivered at my residence at Mumbai.

On enquiring the same from your New Delhi (NCR) office some Mr. Sunil told me that the TV is kept at the warehouse in Ahmedabad and if delivery is require at Mumbai I have to pay more Rs.1000 as door delivery charges.

Really it is surprising that when the door delivery charges have been paid by us why this type of BLACKMAILING? I have also not been given the insurance coverage policy.

Please note it is not at all acceptable and bearable to us and if my TV is not delivered within 24 hours at my residence at Mumbai from the time of receiving this email, then I will file a suit in Consumer Forum as well as inform News Paper Editors and Service Tax deptt. About your this type of blackmailing attitude, for this all cost & consequences will be on your account.
