I had purchased NOKIA N86 not even a month now. The front panel facia has cracked and i have been running from pillar to post to exchange the front panel but the Nokia Priority dealers & the Nokia care centres are saying that Nokia takes min. two months to make new model accessories or parts available with their outlets. I ve contacted their customer care thru mail and the people sitting in their call centres and contact centres show attitude not service.

They have made themselvs very clear that they are doing monopoly business and consumers have to bear with their services of such quality. Bull shit..!!

Their Nokia care centre and Nokia Priority dealers have say that "Market leaders take time... consumers have no choice but to bear the brunt"
