The very very poor service of gift360.in

I have placed an order on 13th February to gift360.in. My order number is 91820. They promised me to deliver the goods several times. Till now I haven't received that. I am really fade up to chase them. Last time they promised me to deliver the goods in the next week (on Wednesday). But they charged the full amount to my account on 13th February. My SBI Card number is XXXXXXXXXXXX4823 and my name is Kanchan Kumar Ghosh.

I am very much astonished that without delivery of the goods, how they can collect money from me. Finally I have decided not to place any more order to gift360.in. I am requesting to you not to recommend any organisation like this.
