Product not as per catalogue

I have an ICICI bank credit card. The bank arbitrarily transferred my reward point to imintpoints.com without my consent. I redeemed 4400 reward points for table radio alarm clock and digital kitchen balance on 23-10. I have received both the products on 29-10. But I find the radio alarm clock is not as per the description in reward catalogue. :

The product received does not have facility for station presets. It does not have dual alarm. It has only fm radio and no am radio. Facility for wake up alarm with radio programs is not available. The product even does not have any brand or model name. It is a china product. No guarantee card has been given. The operation manual does not have manufacturers name and address or other contact details. The invoice number is 65328 dated 25/10 of M/s Kaviraj Housewares.
