In wranty period solar water heater not working

Dear Sir,

i purchase gilma solar water heater (200ltr) on 17th oct from our local distributor Mr Rghunath (09448173715) i paid cash, afte one month solar water heater not giving hot water, i tell him to Raghunath, he not give any proper answer, After that i will contact to Gilma Person MR Mhaesh (09740022448) he tell him to me this week i send my executive from fast two months he telling same dialouge but he not come atteand the problem.

My Humbel request to your give me one solution for this problem.
