Never recieved blackberry storm

I ordered blackberry storm on 23rd march and since then, i tried calling them 100 times. Most of the time they don't even pick the calls and when they do, they disconnect the call without even listening to what i am talking about. Every time i receive the same reply, and get a dtdc docket no. which doesn't even exist.

This is the email which i have received 3 times:

I am sure, Gizmo Ebazaar Pvt. Ltd (http://www.bazaar24x7.com) is running a scam business.

If you still don't respond to my queries, My next step will be to raise an FIR and send a legal notice from my lawyer.
