FLUCTUATIOIN

My name is Ln G Madan Mohan. I am a senior citizen. I along with my daughters have three electricity connections. One for me one for my daughters and one a joint one for motor and common areas. Consumer Nos. are SC Nos.12002 08532, 12002 08533 and 12002 08537. Due to heavy fluctuations our expensive electronic gadgets are fusing off besides the power being off quite frequently resulting in our calling Electricity emergency every two days. Electricity emergency personnel say the reason for fluctuations and power being off is due to the branches of the trees overgrown in the street and they ask us to get the branches cut and that they can't do anything about it This is just unfair. It is the responsibility of the APCPDCL to get the branches cut. Earlier also I lodged a complaint about it with this portal but nothing is the result. We are suffering daily and are helpless due to the said attitude of the Department. My house is located in Camelot Layout, H.No.1-55/DCL/89, Plot No.89, Masidbanda, behind Chirec Public School, Kondapur, Hyderabad 500084.

I request urgent action.
