DOOR PROBLEM

I purchase the frige (260 lit singal door) on 16/03/10 from mital electronics, akola ph:-(0724) 2454524.

after 2nd day.the is move from his place 1 incease which having door lock problem.

mital electronic say they open the door and correct the error.

but i refuse due to new frige and i am not confort to open new frige on 2nd day.

plz help me
