Eplacement of parts in warranty

Dear sir,

I have Godrej edge direct cool refrigerator which I have purchased 25th MAY.

In the month FEB the cooling problem occurred. I have informed the dealer over phone, they have assured me to send the technician through authorized service center. But nobody could come, then in the month of MAY I went to the show room, They have given a technician's (namely Mr. Saravana kumar) cell phone no.9952459459 .I have contacted him and he asked me to register a compliant thorough toll free no .1800 20 95511.I did the same, (the compliant no.497969.)but so for it is not rectified. I am not able use the refrigerator for the past five months. I request the company to solve the problem.
