Hi i am abhishek sahay from gardanibag patna.i have deposited my mobile nokia n73 to nokia care kankarbag patna for repair on 26 june.my hand set had three problems.1.very slow processing 2.camera takes very long time to open.3.other funtions takes long time.they have checked my mobile and told me that it would cost 390 rs. i told them to repair.when i went to collect that mobile on checking i found that my mobile camera is not working at all.it is necessary to mention that it was working before.i again resubmitted the phone they have already charged me 390 rs for what they called software upgradation.they have told that work will be done on board so it will cost around another 1000 rs approx.i have said to repair that.they have informed me that your have been prepared and it will cost around 500 rs.i said pls repair it.when i took the delivery of the set i checked the set i found the camera 3.2 mp is not working at all .to my surprise they have written that they have to take 500 rs from me, it was written on that paper in which the set is wrapped.they have not repaired my phone but in turn worsed it more.the centre is in kankarbag owned by mr kunal.kindly look into the matter personally.i hope a positive result will come.thanking you in anticipation.yours abhishek sahay email id abhisheknsg@gmail.com mob no 09310145930.
