Godrej 1.5 tone Split AC
Very very Poor customer support

Iam from Bapatla, guntur dist, AP. I buyed godrej 105 tone split ac model no 13GA of serial no 3066380001929 on dt 27-04-09 from Sonovision, next to ram mandiram, vijayawada-02. On the installation date onwards remote sensor was not working. Already it was installed so the technician said that he wil replace the remote sensor soon. but he didnt. Ac was running at a temperature of 25 c only. no adjustments. we submitted complaints many time (complaint no: GG051001) but no use... once they came and checked Ac and taken some part in ac for replacement. Now total Ac became unused. After 1 month they came with the part which has to be replaced. but still it was not working. This all happend before 4 months back. Again we submitted complaint directly to the godrey customercare thru email. They called us and said that they wil take necessary action towards it... wts use..again they also stud silent. i request the cunsumer Court to please take serious action towards Godrej Company for not fulfilling the customer satisfactions and making them trouble with their products.
