Compressor regarding

Please refer to my complaint dt. 26.5.09 bearing complaint No. 956911, again lodged complaint bearing No. 952136 dt. 8.11.09 with regard to compressor.

Dear Sir,

I brought to your kind information that I have purchase a 245 Lts. Refrigerator of Godrej Make from Ms. R.K. Traders, Gaushala Road, Patiala. But it is highly regretted that my Ist complaint lodged in May but was attended in August nearly after 4 months and the second was attended by after a month. And for that they charged Rs. 900/- which was paid by me whereas the compressor was very much within warranty.

Now again my refrigerator was not in working order and for that I have lodged a complaint bearing Complaint No. 956085, dt. 2.12.09. Representative of your concern came to attend the complaint but I fail to understand they demanded Rs. 900/- for same compressor which was earlier repaired by your mechanic after charging Rs. 900/- for the same. It is strange that once Why I am being charged for the Compressor when it is within the warranty period.

Now I therefore request you to kindly intervene in the matter immediately otherwise I have no option except to knock the door of the Court.
