Dear Sir (s),

It seems that Godrej Appliances is much interested to sell the product and do not have a bit of interest in maintaining after sales services. When Last year I purchased Godrej AC, i myself have to follow a lot for an engineer to visit my place and make me understand my Godrej AC for proper usage.

Now I have been following again and again with godrejr to arrange for an engineer for servicing of my AC.

My service call No. is 231774, which was generated on 21st March and i was assured engineer visit within 24 Hours. After this i have followed couple of times quoting my call no, but nothing positive has happened till date, only falls commitments of time-frame from helpline team.

Its been summer and i am unable to use my AC.

Please suggest me what is the way to raise voice against such complaints in consumer forum, or if you can then please file a complaint against Godrej on my behalf.
