Plasma 50"
Fully dissatisfactory with product

We have purchased plasam tv of 50" in oct thru ketan electronic, one of the most trusted showroom of our city, as we have decided to buy other brand but we were recommanded to buy LG.

Now within 6 month the TV automatically get shut down and after approaching LG service team gets repaired. Later the technical person has confirm that entire circuit is to be change and the same was

changed after our complain # 31011073203.dt.5 or 6th March.

Again the same problem was faced and tv is again not working at all.

Do we have to repeatedly do the same process, company like LG doesnt have solution or exchange facility of fualty pc? what is the soloution of buying premium brand after paying 65000/-?
