Complain of part replacement

Hi,

I have a Godrej Refrigerator double door 185 L. This was purchased on 11/01.

We had cooling problem with the refrigerator. The compressor was replaced on 02/05 and at the same time we informed them that we need to get the temperature control Knob replaced and the legs of the refrigirator replaced. We called many times regarding the same and were told that the work will be done within a day or 2.

The work is not yet completed and we are stil facing the problem with the services.

We even spoke to the supervisor named Naveen regarding this and was assured that the problem will be fixed as soon as possible, however it is more than a month now and the issue is not yet fixed.

Please look into this matter.

This is a real inconvience to the customers who use the product.
