No proper service

My refrigerator was malfuctioned before a week... Though it was complained to the godrej service center, there was no proper response from the company side.

Iam using the company product for past 25 years and their response made me very much disguised. I hereby leave you a note of complain that proper steps must be taken to improve the company service, to satisfy the customer...
