Dear Godrej,
I had registered a complaint regarding my Godrej ion Refrigerator on 12 Jun vide Ref No 928570 at Toll free. The same was attended by Service centre executives at Nashik. But within one hour of service, the same problem continued. I had immediately called up the Customer care centre at Nashik, and despite repeated reminders everyday, till date (* days) no one has turned up. This is utter carelessness and unprofessional approach on the part of such a reputed concern. I really feel that the service engineer should take moral responsibility for a problem that re-occurs within one hour. Kindly take some steps to curtail such lackadaisical attitude towards a customer n get professional.
