Complaint not heard

I bought Voltas Window AC. I bought this unit from CHROMA, SECTOR-3 ROHINI, New delhi, India initially for few weeks it worked properly, But now its fan is not working. When I tried to contact VOLTAS customer care. they gave me the complaint number 10ju2200251 on 22 june but it was given a deaf ear! my complaint is not been heard although I've tried contacting them several times and there is no other solution with voltas customer care people.

Its really disappointing and inconvinient to do without ac in such a humid weather! If anyone can help me that will be appreciated.

Please post this so that more people can come to know the truth about VOLTAS services.
