Defective Almirah

Dear Sir/Madam:

We bought a Godrej Almirah (Sum Line Locker - 108) on 18th May from Kamakhya Mechanical Stores, Barabazar, Pandu, Guwahati-781012 (Mobile No. of Godrej Serive at Ulubari, Guwahati: 9207043891; Contact nos. of Godrej Head Office, Mumbai: 1800225511, 18002095511). The price of the almirah was Rs. 14, 300/-. At the time of booking, we were shown the catalogue only and assured that in locked condition, no insects like cockroch can enter the almirah. However, very often, we find that our clothes are spoiled by them. We called them several times, but, nothing was done to rectify this problem. We also approached them to exchange this one with an old model of the almirah. This scheme was also ignored by them. Kindly do the needful.
