I own a Godrej double door fridge in 2007 after one year it stop cooling i call the technician of godrej to resolve the problem he ask to refil the gas so i pay 1300/rs to refil the gas.

The fridge work well for 10-15 day's then it stop cooling again then again technician said to refil properly then i again pay for refil the gas 1000/rs fridge again work well for 10-15 day's and again stop cooling then third time he said to change the fridge back heating coil for he think some leak in there then i pay third time 1200/rs to change the heat coil and refil the gas but the fridge again work well for 10-15 day's and again stop cooling then

I call customer support the register my complain my first complain no is 2303606140 23-03 they promise for visiting a technician in 24 hour but after 3 day's a person call my no listing my problem then said to resolve soon and after 5 day another person call and said he is come in 1-2 hr then no one shows then after 5 day's i receive a sms say's thanks for contacting your godrej problem is resolved . the i again complain today no is 2803607119 i am waiting for their replay what they do this time i have 5 year warranty left on my compressor but they doing their job so slowly i don't think they care about their customer's. I experience very bad service from godreg but i am waiting for their responce
