Godrej Edge refrigerator
NO COOLING, ICE CREAM MELTING, DEFECTIVE DOOR, MISBEHABE BY MECHANIC

On 30.01. I purchased a GODREJ EDGE REFRIGERATOR vide Model No. GDE26C&2 from M/s New Annapurna Electronics & Elc., Chiragora, Hirapur, Dhanbad (Phone-0326 2312115), Jharkhand.

Unfortunately the fridge was defective since the date of purchase. There is no proper cooling in the fridge. Even ice cream got melted even kept in the deep fridger. The door is defective since beggining. Even after several complain, the technician came and misbehave without shorting out the problem.

As the fridge is only 3 months old, I want to get it replace with a new one. Please look into the matter as I have earlier, around 10 days ago also complained the same through their portal
