Damage machine delivered

Booked on 24.07.2010 from marketing camp from Mr. Anil (09839836917) delivered to me on 26.07.2010 which was in damage condition

seen by me after 1/2 an hour, and immediately informed to Mr. Anil, he assured me for the replacement. Demo Engg. also came & taken photographs of the machine also submitted his report to Godrej, he also agreed that the machine is damage & must be replace.

But inspite of my regular persuation since a month, to your local office to mr Abhishek (09839440231) &, your toll free no.

NO REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN MADE TILL NOW.

All your representatives from different offices only diverting the consumer here and there on telephone. But no solution yet made by GODREJ to you customer.

Kindly again requested to resolve the matter and replace the machine earliest.
