GODREJ GF28 Pentacool Refrigerator
No cooling in lower compartment

I have been trying to get my pentacool double door refrigerator reparied since last 2 months. I have reigster around 6 complaints with the godrej customer care but they are not able to fix the problem. Initially there were no cooling in upper as well as lower compartment. On registering the complaint one person came and replaced the thermostate and fancy pentafresh technolgy electronic control which (according to him) was faulty. After few weeks upper compartment was working fine but in lower compartment there was no cooling. We registered the complaints again. Every time one technician comes and asks us to keep the refrigerator powered off for few days to make it work. We have done that many times. We are still facing the same problem.
