Godrej Interio Modular Kitchen
Non delivery of product as specified

We had ordered for Godrej Modular Kitchen somewhere in the mid of Jan and was informed that the material would be received for installation with in 2 months max.

However I am very sorry to state that till date i.e Sep 2010 my kitchen is not fully installed.

It is highly unacceptable to note that none of the representative has bothered to give a call, post July.

Its been 2 months and the defective piece installed is yet to be replaced.

Though we are holding back some part of payment, However this is such a sorry state. They have refined the meaning of Customer service...
