Defective handle also making sound polution & less cooling

Bought your above mentioned product refregerator model.no.25 Bz (graphite colour) dt 18.05. on deelivery of the materials the problem came to notice that one of the handle of refregerator is defective, it is also noticed that the sound of the refregerator when it is active is appears to be more than usual and the cooling is not upto the mark. The above problem was highlighted to your representative who attended for demonstration. I may therefore request, to please take urgent action to sought out the problem and appropriate measures taken.
