Refund or Refrigerator Warranty Extension

I have purchased a Godrej Ref. GFE 20P 32 DG (B/s) from your authorised Distributor BALAJI TRADING CO., Sihi Gate Bazar, Ballabgarh against bill no 15808 dt. 07.04.2010. So many highly experienced and qualified technicians has been visited (eight times) to solve the problem even after changing the parts, but all in vain. The moistorisation is continue in the vegetables which are putting in the vegetavble basket there, It could not be removed even you have also changed its parts. Whole of the warranty period is going to be lapsed by repairing it only, which will not be bearable to us, so the co. is requested to take action to get back the machine and refund the money to us. Warranty means is not just to pass the warranty period by repairing the machine again and again and after expiry of the warranty period you will pass the responsibility to us, which will not be affordable to us.

I have already give so many chances to you on the conditions that next time you will refund without repairing if machine create some problems and you repair it. You also committed me to extend the warranty in writting but you have not extended it till date. Now I am in a fix, so I request you to repair it subject to extend the warranty for additional one year before before your visit to reapir it, otherwise I feel cheated and I have to search some other ways to compansate myself.s not just to pass the warranty period by repairing the machine again and again and after expiry of the warranty period the co. will pass the responsibility to us, which will not be affordable to us.
