Bagga electronics, market # 5, NIT, Faridabad selling smuggled electronic goods

Hi Team,

I bought a Panasonic 42 inch LCD Plasma TV from Bagga electronics, market # 5, NIT, Faridabad, after purchasing it I called Panasonic customer services to get it installed. So an Installation Engg

came at my place and informed that the version of my Panasonic LCD TVs haven’t been introduced in India till now. Even the engg checked the Bill provided by the Bagga electronics and found it was

not a genuine bill “gray market bill (Not Valid for warranty by panasonic)”. So after that I asked (Vinod Bagga) bagga electronics to replace My Panasonic TV, so he denied to replace it even he refused to

refund my money when he asked to take his TV back. (Vinod Bagga) He said people import certain things from foreign thats what I did, so I didn’t make any mistake, take it if you would like however I

am not going to take it back. It doesn't contain the Warranty Card, the original Wall mount.

Kindly look into my issue and revert as soon as possible. As I got my money stuck with that Fraud Electronics Goods Seller.
