.187646 dated 28-04. on complaint staff attended and declared that the refrigerator is to be changed. Further supplied 4N as against of ordered 5n. Sri sreedhar service manager when contacted on phone no 9160299987 simply escaped under the plea that he was on leave. He is reluctant to advise further. The customer care services are unable to provide phone nos of the higher authorities. Sri Jaipal Roddy gm when contacted on phone no 8886829988 expressed the staff are busy. and it would be attended in two days. Paid amount but no service, simply received failed refrigerator. when contacted on phone no, 040-66431150 and 040-66431000, staff attended phone between 01-00 pm to 02-00pm simply avoiding.
