Refund of money

I had purchased 2 no.s of Panasonic A/cs form Snehanjali retail pvt. ltd. Kalyan (west) Showroom. I had paid Rs.2000 as installation charges respectively (Rs. 1000 for each a/c). My bill no. is E 410041 and E 410042 on date 13/04. People assigned for the installation did not turn up and so I had cancelled the installation and Panasonic people had done the installation. I had paid them in cash (Rs. 1200 each). By now I should have got back my refund of Rs. 2000 which they promised to pay back in 7 days. I had paid through my Debit card and money should have been remitted back into my account but I’ve not received the payment yet. Please do the needful at the earliest.

The co-operation of the staff at Kalyan showroom was not satisfactory. They just intended to sell the products but were not interested to provide proper feedback as per the costumer’s satisfaction.
