Not responding of my complaint

Complaint no.299783dt17-3 and compllaint no312390dt09-03 from smart care people inspected and demanded repair charge without repair. He promised that workshop people will attend the repair and received repaircharge from me. So far no one attented and contacting on phone asking the rout and location and informing to us we r on the way ..Several times telling the same. Many times i contacted on online custumer care desk it is invain. Kindly look in to this complain and do the needful.
