Nokia 3100c
Poorly trained service center and careless peoples working there

In kolkata there is service center of nokia in prince anwar shah crossing..i took my fone for a simple problem (later i found which can be rectified by simple setting changes), but they reinstalled the software without informing me, so all my valuable data lost for there carelessness. i made a complaint in nokia customar care but of no use. i wonder how a reputed company like nokia allows such unskilled peoples to work for them?
