Scheme of alladin not received

My name is vishal solanki, i have been purchasing electrical items from NEXT RETAIL shop. i had purchased a Godrej refrigator on 22nd sep 2009. and at that time a godrej had launched a scheme (alladin). in which i was told of assured gift of branded mixer of approx rs.1500. but till today i have not received any mixer from NEXT RETAIL . inspite of my complain more than 30 times i did not get any reply. each time i go to the shop they tell me of 7 days. i had even talked with the branch manager. but no reply. i have been totaly dissatisfied with NEXT RETAIL . my details are as given below.
