I have bought a home theatre HTS 3571 on 12/12. So far nobody from the company visited for installation inspite of the fact that the retailer had already informed about the sale. on 31/12 I have lodged mu protest over telephone. They said with in 24 hours it will be attended. It is more than 2 days nothing has happened
