I Purchased Godrej refrigerator on 7 march, i am facing some problem in my refrigerator that is water is leaking from the back side of the refrigerator and ice is not freeze properly and also not coming out easily, if we put out the ice force fully than the chance of breakage of ice tray will be increase. I had also complaint against this kind of manufacturing defect to GODREJ customer care from following number.

and a executive of the company had visited and told your problem will solve in 1 week but its more than a month & still i am facing same problem no action was puted yet. The executive name is Mr. Gagan. so may i request tu you pls do the need full in this matter so that we can trust on Godrej Company.
