Godrej REfrigerator - Single door - Pentacool
Damaged handle

I got a new Godrej Pentacool single door Refrigerator vide their Invoice No.21I/93009607 Order No.50584/ GDP 195G ZOP 185L - 3 years back. After 2 years, the handle was damaged and I lodged a complaint with Godrej for the replacement. Their representative visited our residence the assess the requirement and left. After that there was no response and my service calls 850206, 851833, 864545 and 866871 are still pending despite my repeated reminders for more than 2 months. Every time I called their helpline, I was provided with a new service call promising action within 24 hrs. It was never expected from such a reputed brand like Godrej (I was using Godrej product for the last more than 10 years). It is surprising to note that Godrej is unable to provide a small part of their own product. I had even sent email to them which also went unanswered. Since it being not a so old appliance, I can’t go for a new purchase. Still waiting for them to take necessary action. Don’t know whether this waiting will be an unending one.
