hello sir / madam

i have purchased a samsung refrigirator on 15.10.2009 from rajkamal electronics, trimulgery, secunderabad. since may it was giving cooling problem and registered complaint in may it was repaired, no again in august reoccered the same problem i have given complaint on 22.08.2010 till date it was not repaired so kindly do needful.
