Godrej does not value their customers

Godrej Customercare does not care about their customers or value their time. I have been given a commitment that Godrej service engineer would attend to my call today for which I took a leave from my office and also paid the full amount of service charge by cash. But at 6:30pm, I was told by the so-called help line that my call wouldn't be attended today. It seems I made a mistake in purchasing Godrej products. Godrej takes care of their customers in such a way that they won't dream of purchasing Godrej Product next time.
