It was a pleasure to know that Godrej had come up with a machine that enables fuzzy logic, and is available to all those working people who depend on machines for their daily chores. I have brought this machine on Saturday that is 3rd July and after being given a service number, there was no one who turned up at the door. In spite of a complain, which is attended by people who keep their calm, there was nothing concrete happening. Further, I got a call from TMC corporate office, and nothing happened again.

I am so disappointed with this lag of service, where as I suppose, Customer Service is one of the first value propositions we make, when decide our business, and revenue models. The pack is still unopened, if no one attends upon it, I will would rather get the machine replaced with another brand, where there is someone to attend upon my needs.

With the inconvinience caused to a family that is not keeping well, in terms of health, I demand, immediate refund of my amount.
