Faulty Washing Machine

I wish to inform you that the above said machine was purchased on dt.16th Oct Model No. GWS7202 With a warranty of 2 years. After 1 month of purchase the machine got the problem started with burn of spin motor again and again and if you go through the complaint of the said machine you will get more then 20 complaints (if the CCE raised the complaint) within the period of 1 year, over there for motor problem and I requested to customer care to solve the problem and they sent service engineer after 1 week and he solved the problem and again we faced the same problem after 2days so i gave a complaint and they sent same service engineer and he told that it need servicing and need to take to service center for which they charged 400 for transport instead of free service. And I have been said that for servicing it will take one week of time but we got back our washing machine after 15days after calling service center nos of times, and from that date after every 1 or 2 months the same problem I m getting. And the last problem and complaint i gave in the month of July and finally from last 3days (i.e. 5th Oct) it stopped working completely.

I got fedup of calling customer care center and giving complaints and followup up every day and requesting them to resolve the problem. So it’s a personal request that please replace the machine or resolve the issue once for all. Request you to kindly look into the matter personally and resolve the issue ASAP.
