Nokia E-71
Poor Service

I bought an E-71 two months back and the camera stopped working one month later. i gave it to nokia care centre in Jaynagar bangalore and they said they have to send it to the back office to get it repaired. It is been a month now and they still say it is under repair. The Job sheet number is49946555009072536 the complaint number is 1-7770470372. They never give me a satisfying answer whenever I call them and the local nokia care centre in bangalore dont know the where abouts of my phone. please some body help. I am planning to take this issue to the consumer court.

Can any one please advise me on this???
