Dear Sir,

This is to inform you taht i Purchased a Nokia Set (Model No. 6275) IMEA -0569298c1950-ESN-25013487896-Battery-P474094285980-Charger-1103338381032100229 from M/S Sanya Electronic Opposite Barula Market, Dodhpur, Aligarh on 20.05.2010 vide receipt No.1128 dated 20.05.2010. He gave me one year Warranty and for Battery Charger-6 month Guaranty. Now a days my mobile Set is creating many Problems for this purpose I went to Service Centre, Nokia Care Centre Point Aligarh, but they there is no Guaranty / Warranty of this set and asking me charges for repair of mobile Set. So kindly let me know whether this set has no Guaranty/Warranty from your Company if yes so please direct to your employee who are working in the Service Centre, Nokia Care Centre Point Aligarh and if no so please sent the reason on my Email-sabir.salman@yahoo.in Mobile-No-09319529371.However, i am free to go in consumer Court but before taking the action I will want your answer of this complaint.
