Not selling product as the price which was told to Consume

Hi Sir,

I visited Great Eastern Appliance Showroom in Uttarpara located at (2, G.T. Road, Uttarpara - 712258).

I was planning to buy a Voltas Vertis Gold AC which the Salesman named Pintu said me would fetch me Rs.27, 000. I asked him if he could offer me discount and he said no. After 2 mins he approached me and said that the company has changed the price and it would cost me Rs.29, 200 and then on request he agreed to Rs.28, 000 but when we finalised the deal he again said that it would cost us nothing less than Rs.29, 000 and that too he will have to confirm from H.O.

The price of AC soared from Rs.27, 000 to Rs.29, 000 within few minutes and he gave us explanation that there were fresh changes made in price as confirmed over phone from H.O.

The deal was finally strucked off by me but the agony and pain I had to take was that I had to travel all the way to Sreerampore to finalise deal in different shop as the Manager of Uttarpara Shop was not available and there was no one who could respond to our request.

I am registering a complaint against them as it may also happen with other consumer and being a supporter of Anna Hazare I felt you would also support mr.
